For a period of one year, Gro-King warrants to the original purchaser, that all new Gro-King Garden Sprayers sold to the buyer, either directly or through an authorized retail store or distributor, will be free from defects in materials and workmanship.

Gro-King’s obligation is expressly limited, at the sole option of Gro-King, to the repair or replacement of those parts determined by Gro-King personnel to have failed due to a defect as described above. Under no circumstances shall this warranty be interpreted by anyone to apply to failures caused by events such as vehicle or other accidents, acts of God, transportation, neglect to perform required maintenance or other required service(s), abuse of the equipment or causes/events not related to the ordinary operation of the Sprayer. Further, repair of the system or any part thereof, resulting from the use of incompatible material(s) not suitable due to their corrosive or abrasive nature/elements, is not covered under the terms of this limited warranty.

WARNING: 

Gro-King, having NO CONTROL over the environment, operation, materials or chemicals selected for use in the Sprayer, by the customer, assumes no liability for the misuse of the Sprayer by the owner, his agents, his employees or others.

Gro-King shall not be liable for any special, direct, indirect incidental or consequential damage of any kind, including but not limited to, loss of time, labor costs or other charges, including shipping, postage or transportation costs, in connection with Sprayer use or the repair or replacement of defective parts. Gro-King makes no claim of fitness for merchantability or other warranty, express or implied, nor is anyone else, whether employed by Gro-King or not, authorized to do so on our behalf.
